Do we accept insurance? Most likely we do accept your insurance.

We accept most private medical and vision insurance plans, including government plans of Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare. Depending on your insurance company, however, we do need to get approval of your individual plan. By contacting the office at (770) 436-9123, or completing the insurance information on your Patient Registration form, we can expedite the process when you are in the office. Our experienced staff will go to work for you on getting the best coverage possible that you are entitled to by your insurance carrier.

Many times we find situations where your medical insurance and your vision insurance can be applied in conjunction with each other to better cover your eye care needs, so please complete both medical and vision care insurance information.
